About the role
Security reports fail when the UI hides severity or scope. You will make audit status, findings, and remediation legible for engineers and executives — calm, dense when needed, and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve React + TypeScript interfaces for operator and design-partner workflows
- Translate complex protocol and custody concepts into clear information architecture
- Advance the design system: components, patterns, and motion that reinforce trust rather than noise
- Own frontend quality — typing, testing, performance budgets, and resilient loading/error states
- Partner tightly with Design and backend engineers on contracts that keep the UI honest
Requirements
- Deep React expertise — component architecture, state, data fetching, and rendering performance
- Strong TypeScript instincts and care for maintainable UI systems
- Eye for craft: typography, spacing, empty states, and edge-case UX
- Experience shipping complex apps (dashboards, consoles, or multi-step operational flows)
- Habit of collaborating with design without waiting to be handed perfect specs
Nice to have
- Design-system ownership or significant contribution in a prior role
- Experience with TanStack Router / Query or comparable data-router stacks
- Accessibility expertise (WCAG-minded implementation, keyboard flows)
- Prior work on fintech, trading, or security-sensitive operator tools
Benefits
- Meaningful founding equity
- Flexible PTO and remote-first culture
- Design and frontend tooling budget
- Home-office stipend and hardware signing kit
- Health coverage as we formalize benefits
- Optional team gatherings for design crits and offsites
